Yoli Review: Company History, Products And Pay Plan

October 27, 2026 by Nate Bianco Leave a Comment

Yoli Review: I'll give you the whole scoop plus help you with a solution to find endless prospects to build it.

Is Yoli a good network marketing company to join? Yoli is an established wellness MLM offering nutritional supplements, weight-management products, and a compensation plan that rewards both customer sales and team building. It may be worth considering if you genuinely like the products. But before joining, I’d look beyond the products and commissions and ask a more practical question: how will you consistently find new customers and distributors?

In this Yoli review, I’ll look at the company’s history, founders, products, compensation plan, costs, and what we can actually verify about its sales. Then I’ll share my perspective after more than two decades in network marketing and online marketing.

What Is Yoli, and Who Founded It?

Yoli is a Utah-based direct selling company that launched around 2008–2009. It markets wellness and nutritional products through independent distributors, often called members or brand partners. As with many network marketing businesses, participants can earn from retail customers and, if they choose to build an organization, from qualifying team activity.

The company’s founding group includes Robby Fender, Corey Citron, Kimi Fender, and Daren Falter. Some historical accounts also mention Bobby Jones among the people involved in Yoli’s early development. Robby Fender has been identified as the company’s CEO.

Corey Citron is a familiar name to me. I’ve known of Corey since the Life Force International days, and I spoke with him briefly on the phone once. I also knew of him during the XanGo years. My understanding is that Robby Fender and Daren Falter also had connections to XanGo before Yoli was formed, although I haven’t independently verified the details of those earlier roles.

That background is interesting, but a founder’s experience doesn’t automatically make an opportunity right for you. The real questions are whether customers want the products, whether the business is sustainable, and whether you have a workable way to reach new people.

What Products Does Yoli Sell?

Yoli focuses on nutrition, wellness, and weight management. Its lineup has included products such as:

  • Truth: a nutritional supplement positioned around general wellness.
  • Passion: an energy-focused beverage product.
  • Alkalete: a product associated with the company’s hydration and wellness messaging.
  • Lean Greens Plus: a greens supplement.
  • Vital Omegas+: an omega fatty acid supplement.
  • Thermoburn: a weight-management product.
  • Collagen, enzymes, protein, and other nutritional products: additional offerings within its wellness range.

Yoli has also promoted structured product bundles and transformation programs. Product names, formulas, availability, and prices can change, so I’d check the current catalog before making a decision.

Here’s something I pay close attention to with any supplement MLM: are the products genuinely different from what a customer can buy elsewhere? A clever formula or attractive packaging isn’t enough by itself. For long-term residual income, you want customers who value the product enough to reorder even if they never become distributors.

How Does the Yoli Compensation Plan Work?

Yoli uses a network marketing compensation structure that combines customer-related earnings with bonuses tied to building a team. Its public earnings information describes retail profits, first-order bonuses, customer loyalty rewards, monthly performance bonuses, binary team commissions, rank advancement, and matching bonuses.

What Percentage Does Yoli Pay in Residual Commissions?

Historically, Yoli’s binary plan has been described as paying 10% of qualifying volume on the lesser-producing team leg. Older compensation descriptions also listed a 20% fast-start bonus and rank-based matching bonuses on team commissions.

Those figures come from historical plan descriptions, not a verified current compensation document. Yoli announced compensation changes in 2024, including revisions affecting matching bonuses and other rewards. That means it would be misleading to present every older percentage as today’s exact payout.

A third-party industry profile estimates that Yoli distributes roughly 35% of revenue through its compensation plan. That is an estimate of the company’s overall payout, not a promise that an individual distributor receives 35% on each sale or in monthly residual income. I haven’t found a current company-issued document confirming that exact overall percentage.

My view? Whether a company pays 35%, 40%, or 45% of its volume is rarely the deciding factor. Many MLM plans distribute a broadly similar share and simply divide it among bonuses in different ways. I’d spend more time evaluating product demand, customer retention, and the realistic work required to build a customer base.

And that brings us to the part of the business that often gets overlooked. A compensation plan can tell you how you’ll be paid, but it can’t tell you where your next 10, 50, or 100 prospects will come from.

What happens after you’ve shared Yoli with the friends and family who are interested? If you don’t have a way to keep meeting new prospects, even a good product and a fair pay plan can leave you stuck. How Much Does It Cost to Join Yoli?

Yoli’s publicly advertised offers have included starter options and product bundles at different price points. However, introductory promotions and enrollment packages can change, and I couldn’t verify one complete, current schedule of enrollment costs, optional packs, recurring product requirements, and qualification rules.

Before joining, I’d ask for the latest written compensation plan and a clear breakdown of what it costs to:

  • Enroll and begin selling products.
  • Remain eligible for retail commissions and team bonuses.
  • Maintain any personal volume or customer requirements.
  • Use optional websites, business tools, or autoship programs.

It’s important to separate what is genuinely required from what an enthusiastic sponsor recommends buying. Your expenses matter just as much as the percentages shown in a compensation presentation.

How Much Money Does Yoli Make? Is the Company Growing?

Reliable annual revenue figures for privately held network marketing companies can be difficult to find. A third-party industry listing estimates Yoli’s annual revenue at about $30 million for each year from 2020 through 2025.

I would not treat those identical yearly figures as audited financial results. They appear to be estimates, and I couldn’t independently confirm Yoli’s actual sales for 2024 or 2025.

So is Yoli growing or declining? There isn’t enough verified public sales data to say. The company has continued operating and holding events, but that alone doesn’t establish a growth trend. If sales momentum is an important part of your decision, ask Yoli for recent company-issued figures and how they were calculated.

Who Are Some of Yoli’s Best-Known Distributors?

Historical online coverage has highlighted leaders such as Brian McCoy and Therese “Thea” Fernandez-Martinez. However, I couldn’t verify a reliable, current ranking of Yoli’s highest earners or confirm whether those individuals remain active at their previously reported ranks.

Top-earner stories can be interesting, but they don’t tell you what a typical new distributor earns. I’d rather see a recent income disclosure statement showing how many people earn commissions, what the earnings distribution looks like, and whether expenses are included.

Does Yoli Provide Training and Support?

Yoli has promoted company events, distributor recognition, and business-building education. Like most MLM companies, the quality of day-to-day mentoring may also depend on the team you join.

I’d ask a potential sponsor what happens after the initial excitement wears off. Will someone help you learn how to find interested customers? Can you get answers when you’re stuck? Is the training mostly about making a list of people you know, or does it teach a repeatable way to reach people outside your personal circle?

Those questions matter because training on products and compensation is not the same as learning marketing skills.

What Are the Pros and Cons of Joining Yoli?

Potential Advantages

  • Yoli has been operating for well over a decade.
  • It offers a range of consumable wellness products that may encourage repeat orders when customers genuinely like them.
  • Its business model includes both customer sales and team-based earning opportunities.
  • Its founders have substantial experience in the network marketing industry.

Potential Drawbacks

  • Wellness supplements are a crowded market, and customers have many alternatives.
  • Building meaningful team-based residual income can require a large, active customer and distributor organization.
  • Current detailed payout percentages, typical distributor earnings, and recent company revenue aren’t easily verified from the public information I found.
  • Joining a company does not automatically give you a dependable source of new prospects.

My Opinion: Yoli Could Be a Fit, but How Will You Build It?

My take on Yoli is pretty straightforward. It’s another established network marketing company with wellness products and what appears to be a fairly typical industry payout structure. If you’re genuinely passionate about the products, use them yourself, and believe customers will keep buying them, Yoli could be a reasonable company to build around.

But I’d ask one question before getting too excited about any opportunity: How are you going to build it?

I’ve been marketing online since 2002. If I’d depended entirely on friends and family to build my network marketing business, I doubt I would have gotten very far. I shared products naturally with people I knew, but the real difference came from learning how to reach interested prospects beyond my warm market.

I’ve also learned that generating a lead is only half the job. Building your own email list gives you a way to follow up, build trust, and stay in touch with people who aren’t ready to buy or join today. Those are skills and assets you can carry with you regardless of which company you promote.

I prefer long-term strategies such as search-based articles and YouTube videos because a useful piece of content can continue being discovered long after you publish it. That doesn’t make marketing effortless, and results aren’t guaranteed. But it can be a more sustainable approach than relying entirely on one-time conversations or constantly chasing the next person to pitch.

Maybe you already like Yoli’s products and want to give the business a serious try. The missing piece may not be another compensation-plan explanation. It may be a simple system for attracting interested people, following up, and getting help when you hit a roadblock.

Is Yoli Right for You?

Yoli may appeal to someone who enjoys its products, understands the costs, and wants to build a customer-focused wellness business. It may be a poor fit if you’re joining mainly because of income stories, expect quick residual income, or don’t enjoy selling and talking with people.

Before enrolling, I’d try the products, compare their value with alternatives, review the current compensation plan, and ask for the latest income disclosure information. Most importantly, make sure you have a realistic plan for finding new customers and staying in contact with them.

That’s the bottom line of my Yoli review: the company and its products are only one part of the equation. Your ability to consistently attract and follow up with interested prospects is what gives you a chance to build something lasting.
