AIM Global Review: The Reality Of Building A Team

October 31, 2026 by Nate Bianco Leave a Comment

AIM Global Review: The Truth and the one skill you'll need to build it successfully.

Is AIM Global a legitimate network marketing company, and is it a good opportunity to build long-term residual income? In this AIM Global review, I’ll look at its history, products, compensation plan, costs, and the part of building an MLM business that often gets overlooked: finding enough customers and distributors to build a productive organization.

My short answer is that AIM Global is an established, operating direct-selling company based in the Philippines. It has real products and a multilevel compensation structure. But being a real company doesn’t automatically make it a good fit for everyone, and a compensation plan that looks exciting on paper doesn’t guarantee that you’ll earn money.

What Is AIM Global, and Who Founded It?

AIM Global stands for Alliance In Motion Global, Inc. It’s a health and wellness direct-selling company that began in the Philippines in 2005. Its business model combines retail product sales with commissions connected to the sales activity of a distributor organization.

The company was founded by three network marketing entrepreneurs: Dr. Eduardo Cabantog, John Asperin, and Francis Miguel. Its official leadership page identifies Cabantog as chief executive officer, Asperin as chief marketing officer, and Miguel as chief finance officer.

AIM Global markets itself internationally and says it has reached millions of distributors. That’s a company-reported figure, not a verified count of active distributors or people earning commissions. Its established international presence is a strength, although prospective members should confirm whether enrollment and product delivery are available in their own country. I couldn’t confirm an active, officially supported U.S. distributor program.

What Products Does AIM Global Sell?

AIM Global offers nutritional supplements, drinks, and personal-care products. Items shown in its official product catalog include C24/7, Vida Maxx, Complete Phyto-Energizer, Choleduz, Liven Coffee, My Choco, and products in its BURN range. It also lists Naturacentials personal-care products and other wellness items.

One thing I always look for when evaluating a network marketing company is whether the products have a real reason to be purchased repeatedly. Are they different enough from competing products to keep customers coming back? Would someone continue buying them if there were no compensation plan attached?

That’s especially important in the supplement market, where customers have a tremendous number of choices. AIM Global has a broad product catalog, but a broad catalog isn’t the same thing as a loyal customer base. Before joining, I’d compare ingredients, serving sizes, retail prices, and actual customer demand against similar products available elsewhere.

Even if you love the products, here’s the question that decides everything: how will you find new people to share them with, week after week? Not once. Every week.

Choosing a product and learning the pay plan is the easy part. Reaching enough interested people is the skill that rarely gets taught. If you’re building AIM Global, or you’re already in it, click the banner below and see how experienced marketers help you build it.

How Does the AIM Global Compensation Plan Work?

AIM Global has been promoted with a hybrid binary compensation plan. In a binary structure, sales activity is organized into two sides, often called the left and right legs. Depending on the applicable plan, commissions can include retail profits, direct referral bonuses, matched sales bonuses, and commissions on qualifying product purchases deeper in an organization.

There is an important qualification here: I could not locate a current, comprehensive compensation-plan document issued by AIM Global corporate that verifies every percentage and rule across all countries. Independent distributor websites describe different packages and figures, so the examples below should be treated as reported plan features rather than a guaranteed current offer in your market.

Retail Profit

Distributor materials commonly describe a retail margin or product discount of approximately 25%. That’s the difference between a qualifying distributor purchase price and the suggested retail price, before expenses. Actual pricing and margins need to be checked for your country and product.

Direct Referral and Binary Matching Bonuses

Regional distributor presentations describe bonuses connected to personally referred package purchases and matched sales volume on the two sides of a binary organization. The amount can vary significantly by country, package, and plan version.

Here’s what matters: matching bonuses may sound impressive, but they depend on qualifying activity. Simply having two names underneath you doesn’t mean you have an income-producing organization.

Unilevel Residual Commissions

Some distributor-published compensation explanations describe monthly unilevel commissions of roughly 5% to 10% on qualifying product sales volume, potentially extending through ten levels. These percentages generally apply to commissionable sales volume, not necessarily the full retail price of the products.

That’s an important distinction if you’re trying to calculate how much recurring income one active customer or distributor could actually produce.

Rank Overrides and Other Bonuses

Regional materials also describe stair-step overrides associated with ranks such as Silver Executive, Gold Executive, and Global Ambassador, sometimes showing 10%, 20%, and 30% figures. A separate 2% royalty-style bonus is also described for certain qualifying groups.

Don’t add those percentages together and assume the company pays that total on every sale. Each bonus has its own qualification rules, volume definitions, and possible limitations. Ask for the current official compensation plan and work through a realistic example before making a decision.

Does the Two Who Get Two Strategy Really Work?

You’ve probably heard the presentation. You find two people, they each find two people, and those people do the same thing. Before long, the organization looks enormous on a chart.

Or maybe it’s three who get three. The math looks even more exciting.

There’s just one problem: human nature doesn’t follow a compensation-plan illustration.

I’ve been involved in network and affiliate marketing since 2002, and I’ve built businesses using binary, unilevel, and matrix compensation plans. One lesson has remained consistent: most people who join a network marketing opportunity won’t become active builders. Some will be happy buying products. Others will give it a try and lose interest. A smaller group will put in the effort to learn the skills and consistently produce results.

That’s not a criticism of AIM Global. It’s a practical challenge in network marketing generally.

You might enroll ten people and find that only one or two are serious about building. Or you might enroll several more before you find someone who develops into a productive leader. There is no fixed ratio, and there’s no guarantee that any particular person will build a team.

That’s why I don’t recommend building your expectations around a simple duplication chart. The goal isn’t merely to get two people into two positions. It’s to keep meeting qualified prospects, develop real customers, and identify the people willing to learn and do the work.

Why Consistent Lead Generation Matters More Than the Binary Chart

When I got started, my sponsor taught me something that shaped the next two decades of my business: learn how to generate leads outside your immediate circle of friends and family.

That skill allowed me to keep introducing new people to what I was offering instead of waiting for my existing team to produce. I eventually learned a second lesson that was just as important: capture those leads on an email list you control, so you can build relationships and follow up over time.

In my experience, those are two of the most valuable assets you can develop in any network marketing business: a repeatable way to attract targeted prospects and a list that lets you stay in touch with them.

And it takes pressure off the people you’ve already enrolled. You can train them, support them, and help them get started, but you can’t make them work. Their decisions are theirs. What you can control is continuing to bring new people into your business.

That doesn’t mean enrolling people just to fill positions. A sustainable business still needs genuine product demand, customers who see value, and distributors who understand what they’re signing up for.

Human nature is working against you. In my experience, most people you enroll will do little to nothing. That’s why I recommend a solid lead generation strategy, so you always have a steady flow of new prospects coming in. Then the law of averages can work in your favor, helping you find the few who will actually produce and build with you. Click the banner below and get rolling.

How Much Does It Cost to Join AIM Global?

AIM Global enrollment packages and prices appear to vary by country and by the company’s evolving programs. For example, an independent distributor website advertising Nigerian packages lists several entry options at different prices. Those listings are not sufficient to establish today’s official corporate price in every market.

Before purchasing anything, get a current written breakdown of the enrollment package, exactly which products it includes, whether any purchases or sales volume are required to remain commission-qualified, and whether there are renewal, training, or other ongoing expenses.

Also ask whether you’re allowed to earn retail commissions without building a recruiting organization. If the answer is unclear, keep asking until you understand it.

Does AIM Global Offer Training and Support?

AIM Global promotes distributor development, training, and network leadership. Some regional distributor sites advertise free training, but I couldn’t independently verify a consistent schedule of live coaching, individualized marketing support, or the same training access in every country.

I’d want to know more than whether there are motivational meetings and opportunity presentations. Can a new distributor get practical help learning how to attract customers online? Is someone available to review what they’re doing when they aren’t getting results?

Training that helps people understand products and the compensation plan is useful. Training that teaches them how to consistently find interested prospects can be even more valuable.

Can You Really Make Money With AIM Global?

It’s possible for distributors to earn commissions when qualifying product sales and other plan requirements are met. But I wasn’t able to verify a current, comprehensive AIM Global income disclosure showing how much typical distributors actually earn after expenses.

That matters because testimonials from top earners don’t tell you what happens for most people who join. Nor does a theoretical binary example account for inactive distributors, customer cancellations, costs, or the time required to build an organization.

I’d ask to see earnings data that includes inactive and low-earning distributors, not just successful leaders. I’d also compare likely recurring product commissions against the ongoing costs of maintaining the business.

What Are the Pros and Cons of AIM Global?

Potential Advantages

  • It has operated for more than two decades, which gives it a longer track record than a brand-new MLM.
  • It offers physical products across several wellness and personal-care categories.
  • Its reported compensation structure includes retailing and potential recurring commissions from qualifying product purchases.
  • It has an established international distributor presence.

Concerns Worth Considering

  • The binary presentation can make team growth appear easier than it is in practice.
  • Current package prices and compensation details are difficult to verify consistently across markets.
  • I couldn’t verify a comprehensive current income disclosure for typical distributor earnings.
  • Its distributor policies contain restrictions, including limits on involvement with competing MLM companies and rules governing promotional materials.
  • Some products face competition from similar wellness products sold through other channels.
  • Availability and eligibility may differ by country, including uncertainty about an official U.S. distributor program.

Is AIM Global a Scam or a Legitimate MLM?

AIM Global is an identifiable, long-running direct-selling company with published leadership information, products, and distributor policies. That makes it different from an anonymous website offering returns with no identifiable business behind it.

But an established company can still be a poor financial choice for an individual distributor. Legitimacy and profitability are separate questions. I’d evaluate whether meaningful sales happen because customers want the products, rather than primarily because participants are purchasing packages to qualify for commissions.

It’s also worth reading the company’s rules carefully. Its published policies prohibit certain distributor conduct, including unauthorized advertising and participation in competing MLM businesses while active. Those restrictions may matter if you’re considering building more than one income stream.

Who Might AIM Global Be Right For?

AIM Global may be worth a closer look if its products genuinely appeal to you, they’re competitively priced for your market, and you understand the exact requirements for earning commissions. It may also suit someone who enjoys direct selling and is willing to learn how to build relationships with customers over time.

I’d be more cautious if you’re attracted mainly by the idea that two recruits will create a large organization for you, or if you’re being encouraged to buy a costly package before you fully understand the product demand and compensation rules.

Whatever company you choose, I wouldn’t make your entire business dependent on an upline, a spillover promise, or one unusually productive team member. Those things can help, but they’re not a substitute for a marketing skill you can use yourself.

My AIM Global Review: Final Verdict

My view is that AIM Global deserves consideration as an established international MLM, but I wouldn’t judge it by the excitement of its binary compensation presentation. I’d judge it by the products, the real customer demand, the verified commissions on repeat purchases, and the practical support available to distributors.

I’ve seen enough network marketing presentations over the years to know how easy it is to get caught up in the numbers. Two who get two. Three who get three. Everybody duplicates. Everybody wins.

Real businesses don’t grow that neatly. Some people will surprise you with how much they accomplish. Most won’t build much at all. That’s why I believe the smarter approach is to keep generating targeted leads, keep enrolling genuine customers and interested distributors, and keep helping the people who show they’re willing to work.

The opportunity you join matters. But the skills you develop to find customers and build a contact list can stay with you long after any one company or compensation plan changes.

You can love the AIM Global opportunity and still hit a wall a lot of network marketers hit: nobody new to talk to. Hoping your team will duplicate won’t fix that. If you want to build with AIM Global, your next step is to learn how to attract interested prospects on your own, with experienced marketers to turn to when something isn’t working.
