In this GOVVI review, I’ll look at the company, its products, and the compensation plan. GOVVI is a real direct-selling business with some interesting products and a customer-focused pitch. But if you’re joining to earn serious residual income, don’t stop at the product presentation. Look at what you actually get paid, what qualifications you have to maintain, and how much of your income depends on other people building a team.
I’ve been in network and affiliate marketing since 2002. I believe in residual income, and I know network marketing can work because I’ve made substantial money doing it. I also know how hard it is to find the few people who will actually build. That’s the perspective I’m bringing to this review.
GOVVI Review: Is This a Good Opportunity to Build Residual Income?
GOVVI has a few things going for it. It offers products in different categories, encourages repeat orders, and promotes a compensation plan with customer rewards as well as team commissions. The company also talks about making direct selling simpler and more affordable.
That’s worth looking at. But I wouldn’t join any company because somebody showed me a big commission percentage or told me the business was easy to duplicate.
Here’s what I want to know: Can I build a meaningful monthly income from customers I personally bring in? Or do I need to spend years recruiting, balancing two teams, and chasing the next rank before the checks become worthwhile?
I’ve already spent years playing the numbers game. These days, I’d rather get paid substantially more for each loyal customer than depend on a giant organization to produce a decent income.
If you’re going to put in the time and effort anyway, you might as well get paid bigger commissions, without all the rank hoops and downline building, that can take years to develop.

What Is GOVVI, and Who Started It?
GOVVI is a Utah-based direct-selling company that began operating in 2022. Its founder and CEO is Lance Conrad. Burke Green has served as president and has spoken publicly about wanting to make network marketing simpler, with more affordable products and fewer obstacles for new promoters.
The company started out selling fuel tablets marketed to improve vehicle fuel efficiency. It later expanded into weight-management supplements, wellness products, and coffee. GOVVI describes itself as an e-commerce company, but its promoter opportunity includes multilevel commissions and a two-team organization, so it’s still network marketing.
In a company-promoted January 2025 report, GOVVI said it had generated more than $35 million in cumulative sales and paid $17 million in commissions. Those figures were reported by the company; they aren’t independently audited earnings data, and they don’t tell us what a typical promoter made.
Compared with established companies like Amway or Atomy, GOVVI has a much shorter operating history. That’s not automatically bad, but it does mean there’s less history to judge how the business and its compensation plan hold up over time.
What Products Does GOVVI Sell?
GOVVI originally became known for GO Fuel Tabs, a fuel additive marketed as a way to improve vehicle performance and fuel economy. The company has since promoted GO WOW!, GO POW!, GO BOOST!, SMART COFFEE, and other wellness products. Availability and product names can change.
Fuel tablets are an unusual starting point for an MLM. It’s certainly different from the endless stream of skincare and supplement companies. But I’d want to see credible independent testing before relying on claims about better gas mileage or reduced emissions.
I’m equally cautious about weight-loss and wellness claims. Marketing a product as helping with energy, metabolism, or appetite doesn’t establish that it delivers meaningful results for everyone. Check the ingredient labels and the evidence for any claim that matters to you.
As a business opportunity, I actually like products people might reorder regularly. Recurring purchases are what give recurring commissions a chance to last. But that only works if customers see enough value to keep buying without needing to be talked into it every month.
One promoter-operated GOVVI website lists GO POW! at $45 for a one-time purchase or $34.99 on subscription, and GO BOOST! at $100 or $79.99 on subscription. These are third-party promoter listings, not verified current prices from GOVVI’s official checkout, so confirm them before buying.
How Does the GOVVI Compensation Plan Work?
GOVVI’s opportunity has been marketed around several ways to earn, including retail rewards, first-order rewards, customer rewards, two-team commissions, sponsoring matches, generation matches, and higher-level incentives.
The two-team component is a binary plan. You build a left team and a right team, and the volume on your smaller side helps determine what you can earn. That’s the part I’d study closely before joining.
An earlier publicly described version of the plan paid binary commissions ranging from 10% to 20% of qualifying volume on the weaker leg, depending on rank. But that description dates to 2022. I could not verify that those exact percentages, rank names, or requirements are still the current official plan in November 2026. Don’t make a financial decision based on an old PDF or somebody’s slide presentation.
What Does CV Mean?
CV means commissionable volume. It’s the value the company assigns to a product order for calculating certain commissions. It isn’t necessarily the same as the dollars a customer pays.
So if somebody tells you the plan pays 20% on a leg, don’t automatically assume you’re receiving 20% of every retail dollar spent. Ask what CV the product carries, how the commission is calculated, whether you’re qualified, and whether payout limits apply.
What Happens When One Team Grows Faster?
Let’s say your left team has a few active builders and your right team doesn’t. The left side could be producing plenty of sales while your commission calculation still depends on the weaker right side.
That’s not unique to GOVVI. It’s how binary plans generally work, and it can create a constant push to build and balance both legs. A great team on one side doesn’t necessarily solve a weak team on the other.
And the biggest question isn’t whether a compensation plan has eight ways to get paid. It’s how much a typical promoter actually earns after product purchases and business expenses.
The Biggest Problem With Building a Large Downline Is Human Nature
Here’s something I’ve learned firsthand: most people who join a network marketing company don’t become productive business builders.
Over my years in the industry, I’ve personally enrolled more than 3,000 people. Only a small number became serious producers. That doesn’t mean the others were bad people or that network marketing is broken. It means people have different priorities, different abilities, and different levels of motivation.
Some join because they like a product. Some want a little extra income. Some get excited about the opportunity but never follow through. Others try for a while and quit. That’s human nature, and it doesn’t change because a company has a new compensation plan.
Network marketing can absolutely create leveraged income when you find the right people. I’ve experienced that. But finding those people usually means sorting through a whole lot of people who aren’t going to do much of anything.
Now imagine building two productive legs while keeping up with customer orders, qualifications, and rank requirements. You’re relying on the actions of a lot of other people, and you can’t control what they do.
That’s why I pay more attention today to the commission I can earn from customers I personally bring in. If each customer is worth more in monthly recurring commissions, you don’t have to depend on nearly as many people to reach the same gross commission goal. Of course, you still have to find and retain those customers.
I’ve personally recruited thousands of people, and I can tell you from experience that finding a handful who will actually build a business takes a hell of a lot of work. Why keep chasing hundreds of recruits for small commissions when you could earn substantially more from just a few dozen loyal customers?

How Much Does It Cost to Join GOVVI?
GOVVI promoter pages describe qualifying product orders and subscription options. One promoter site recommends a $99 WOW and POW combination with 70 PV to get started as a promoter. That is a promoter’s recommendation, not proof that the company currently requires everyone to buy that exact package.
Before enrolling, get the current official policies in writing. Ask whether there is a signup fee, a minimum personal or customer volume requirement, a recurring subscription requirement, and any costs to stay eligible for each commission.
Also ask what happens when you stop buying products. If you love the products, that’s one thing. If you’re buying them mainly to stay qualified, those purchases need to be counted as a business expense.
Can You Really Make Money With GOVVI?
Yes, the company offers ways for qualified promoters to earn money from sales and team volume. But I couldn’t locate a comprehensive, current GOVVI income disclosure showing what all promoters typically earn, including those who receive nothing.
That matters. A press release about millions paid in commissions doesn’t tell you the median promoter income, how many people earned nothing, or what they spent to qualify.
The Federal Trade Commission has also documented broader problems with MLM income disclosures, including the frequent omission of participant expenses. That research isn’t a finding specifically against GOVVI, but it’s a good reason to ask for net earnings information rather than just impressive gross commission figures.
Don’t confuse what a top leader earns with what a new person should expect. Successful leaders may have years of customer volume and organization-building behind them. Most people starting today won’t have those advantages.
And there’s nothing inherently wrong with a small number of people earning most of the money. That’s true in plenty of businesses. The important thing is understanding what produces those earnings and whether the numbers make sense for you.
Does GOVVI Provide Training and Support?
GOVVI executives and promoter materials describe training, promotional tools, sample programs, and support for field leaders. The usefulness of that support will depend partly on your sponsor and the current programs available.
My first sponsor taught me something that has stayed with me since 2002: if you want to build a business, you need a reliable way to keep finding people who might actually want what you’re offering.
That advice helped me build an online income and eventually a large email list. But after all these years, I’ve also learned that generating more leads is only half the equation. The other half is how much you get paid when those leads become loyal customers.
That’s why I wouldn’t choose a business based on its training calls, enthusiasm, or rank recognition alone. I’d look at customer demand, recurring commissions, and whether the numbers are worth the work.
GOVVI Pros and Cons
What I Like
- A mix of fuel, wellness, and other consumer products rather than a single-product business.
- Subscription products that could support repeat customer orders.
- A compensation plan that includes customer-focused rewards as well as team bonuses.
- Company leadership that publicly acknowledges problems with complicated, expensive MLM models.
What Concerns Me
- A relatively short operating history compared with older MLM companies.
- Binary team-volume commissions still create pressure to develop both legs.
- Commissionable volume may differ from actual retail dollars.
- Current official rank and qualification details need confirmation.
- No comprehensive current income disclosure I could verify for typical promoters.
- Fuel-efficiency and wellness marketing claims deserve independent scrutiny.
Is GOVVI Legit or a Scam?
GOVVI is an operating company with a documented business history, identifiable executives, and actual products. Its Better Business Bureau profile lists it as a Utah business that started in April 2022. The BBB currently lists GOVVI as not accredited, which by itself is not evidence of a scam.
I wouldn’t call GOVVI a scam based on what I’ve reviewed. At the same time, a real company with real products isn’t automatically the right opportunity for someone trying to build meaningful residual income.
Judge the products on their value and evidence. Judge the opportunity on actual customer demand, verified commissions, qualifications, and typical earnings—not on a top promoter’s lifestyle.
Who Is GOVVI Best Suited For?
GOVVI might appeal to someone who already uses its products, has customers who genuinely want them, and enjoys building a sales organization. If you’re comfortable with a binary compensation plan and understand its requirements, it may be worth investigating further.
I’d be more cautious if your goal is to make a substantial recurring income without managing a large team. And if you’ve already joined several MLMs without building one, switching to another company probably won’t change the human-nature problem.
Whatever you choose, you’ll need customers. I’d rather start by comparing what each customer is actually worth than imagining how many people might eventually join my downline.
My Final GOVVI Review: Would I Join?
GOVVI is interesting. It has a different product history, recognizable leadership, and a stated goal of simplifying network marketing. I’ll give the company credit for that.
But I wouldn’t choose it without seeing the current official compensation plan, the real dollar value of its CV, and credible earnings information for ordinary promoters.
More importantly, I wouldn’t sign up just to start chasing another set of ranks. I’ve already built large organizations. I’ve seen how few people do the work, and I know how much recruiting it can take to find those few.
Today, I want a business where a smaller group of paying customers can produce a larger recurring commission. That’s not a promise of easy money. It’s a smarter set of numbers to compare before you spend years building.
Why keep working for a tiny piece of every sale when you could be earning a much bigger share without building a massive downline? Stop measuring your opportunity by the size of your team and start looking at what each customer pays you.
